Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction, build trusted-advisor relationships, and share customer and partner insights with Microsoft engineering, product, and global security teams.
- Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Security value propositions covering Purview/Data Security, Threat Protection, Identity and Access Management, and Cloud Security.
- Position and implement solutions that increase security product usage, improve security posture, and resolve customer blockers.
- Run Architectural Design Sessions and govern solution designs in alignment with customer business goals and technical environments.
- Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects, FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting to develop complex enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in cloud and infrastructure technologies, solution architecture, design, implementation, or support, particularly in Cloud Security.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview/Data Security, IRM, MIP P2, Defender workloads, Identity and Access Management, and Zero Trust strategies.
- Ability to understand customer security requirements, solve business problems with Microsoft cloud technologies, and develop holistic security, compliance, and identity solutions.
- Experience building technical relationships with senior IT executives and managing stakeholder consensus on solutions and projects.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to learn new cloud technologies and understand security platform market trends.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and obtain and maintain Reliability Status screening with the Government of Canada.
