Responsibilities
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with Business Application Owners and relevant project, product, and UAT coordination teams.
- Ensure dataset and validation-environment test-account availability for test campaigns.
- Execute functional and non-regression tests, open and track defects, and maintain non-regression test scripts.
- Participate in test and deployment meetings and support analysis of the relevant applications.
- Support Business Application Owners with requirements dossiers, features, user stories, maturity activities, change requests, test strategies, and test cases.
Requirements
- Qualified engineer, preferably a graduate.
- Knowledge of Customer Services organizations, SGML, and XML.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and general IT environment and software development.
- Knowledge of project management and the SDLC and STLC.
- Advanced English, strong coordination and communication skills, autonomy, organization, rigor, reporting ability, and a customer-focused, proactive approach.
