Responsibilities
- Build and operate the full agent infrastructure stack.
- Design and maintain reproducible developer environments.
- Integrate agents with internal and external tooling.
- Instrument agent runs with OpenTelemetry for observability.
- Establish standards for MCP tool development and agent configuration sharing.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to drive adoption of the agent platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in platform development or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of LLM agent frameworks or tool-use patterns is a differentiator.
- A product mindset focused on building platforms for internal customers.
