Base Salary
$194k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale customer-facing experiences for contractors and insurance professionals.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape solutions from concept to launch.
- Lead initiatives to improve platform reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs and influence architectural decisions.
- Contribute to engineering excellence through system design, testing practices, and code reviews.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to implementation and ongoing support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
- Experience developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or similar technologies.
- Full-stack development experience, with expertise in either backend or frontend/mobile development.
- Proven track record of owning customer-facing features from design through launch.
- Experience leading complex projects and making architectural and technical tradeoff decisions.
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering partners.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical decisions across a team.
