Responsibilities
- Build AI features and tools for large enterprise customers.
- Develop AI prototypes that combine multiple components to solve complex tasks in nuanced scenarios.
- Integrate agentic technologies, including memory usage and personalization.
- Productionise AI solutions into reusable libraries and frameworks.
- Follow emerging AI technologies and proactively experiment with new approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a First or high 2:1, preferably in a technical subject.
- Experience with Python and its ecosystem.
- Experience with production-grade AI applications and LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Mistral.
- Familiarity with agentic environments and technologies such as Agents, MCP, RAG, and Chain-of-Continuous-Thought.
- Understanding of software development best practices and architecture for web-hosted platforms and underlying services.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive projects through completion.
- Empathy and curiosity to understand legal and business workflows.
