Platform Engineer - Training & Customer Experience Systems

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of customer training and lab platforms.
Manage and improve hands-on lab environments in alignment with product releases.
Design and maintain automation for provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
Build and manage infrastructure as code for scalable environments.
Support and troubleshoot integrations across identity, support, community, and knowledge systems.
Diagnose issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and implement production monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Partner with product, support, and engineering teams to improve platform experience.
Identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and drive continuous system and process improvements.

5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or software engineering roles.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Strong scripting or programming skills with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and production issues.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and experience with API integrations and debugging.
Preferred: experience with Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, App Services, and Storage.
Preferred: familiarity with OIDC, SAML, CIAM, customer-facing platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Zendesk, or Gainsight.
