Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Java/J2EE enterprise applications using Spring Boot.
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, security issues, and performance improvements.
- Lead architecture, coding standards, code reviews, technical direction, and system integration efforts.
- Lead, mentor, assign work to, and support the development of junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct performance reviews and promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Prototype and implement AI-driven solutions and monitor emerging Java and AI technologies.
- Support stability, efficiency, effectiveness, bug-fix prioritization, and production-support tooling initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive software development experience focused on Java/J2EE enterprise applications.
- Strong Java/J2EE proficiency, including multithreading, concurrency, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with Sybase and Oracle, including SQL, PL/SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
- Expertise with Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Experience with modern GUI and web technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins or comparable CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
- Preferred experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, SOLACE, test-driven development, behavior-driven development, and relevant Java, Spring, Cloud, or AI certifications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Primary location salary range of $94,300.00-$141,500.00 per year.
