Base Salary
$140k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures and technical blueprints for claims intake, adjudication, configuration, and communications.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Oversee solution implementation, system integration, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot implementations.
- Assess system performance, recommend improvements, monitor industry trends, and evaluate new technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities and communicate project goals and architecture decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with EngageOne Designer, Compose, Server, and Vault.
- Expertise with EngageOne Deliver and digital communications, including email generation and management.
- Knowledge of the EngageOne Interactive application.
- Good knowledge of Java APIs and web services.
- Basic knowledge of PCE scripting and Linux scripting.
