Responsibilities
- Independently support SAP technical workstreams for implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical and integration solutions.
- Work with clients to understand business processes, define integration requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical and technology workshops and interact with SAP and third-party partners.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Manage projects and timelines, provide delivery support, and handle escalations.
- Drive innovation and transformation initiatives in large existing accounts.
- Provide functional leadership through effective delegation and coordination.
Requirements
- Mandatory SAP Cloud ALM skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience providing technical expertise, advanced problem-solving, and delivery support for client transformation projects.
- Ability to work with clients, define requirements, design solutions, and support SAP technical engagements.
