Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities for the Prime Reference Data platform.
- Drive platform re-engineering and collaborate with global teams and business and technology stakeholders.
- Define system enhancements, deploy new products, and improve processes.
- Resolve complex, high-impact problems through analysis of business and system processes.
- Ensure application design follows the overall architecture blueprint and establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Analyze issues, develop innovative solutions, and assess risks while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Very strong hands-on Java, Spring, and SQL experience on a distributed platform.
- Strong experience with Kafka or messaging technologies.
- Strong experience with caching products such as GemFire or Redis.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of application development.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
