Solutions Analyst III - Automation Test Engineer

- Elicit and document business and data-flow requirements with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured technical solutions that support system performance, scalability, and evolving business needs.
- Use and validate enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation while following data-handling expectations.
- Analyze large and diverse data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and provide actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes.
- Define requirements, document user stories and test scripts, and execute automated end-to-end tests.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate and improve testing processes and share proposed changes for team validation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
- Experience using and validating enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in solutions analysis workflows, with awareness of data sensitivity.
- Proficiency in data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and analytics using large, diverse data sets.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Advanced data visualization experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using approved tools.
- Functional knowledge of the Payments domain and experience with testing processes from requirements definition through test execution.
- Previous experience with automated testing and test automation tools for end-to-end execution.
- Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, learn unfamiliar processes, and provide timely remediation.
- Preferred experience with Business Driven Development, Test Driven Development, or test case automation.
- Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint or Pitch Pro presentation development.
