Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve issues escalated by the monitoring team.
- Communicate and collaborate with application development and other teams on issue resolution.
- Proactively communicate in case of issues.
- Work on support projects involving Java-based applications and services.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience, with overall experience greater than 7 years stated in the scope.
- Experience with Unix shell scripting or Linux.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with JAX-RS Java API for RESTful Web Services.
- Good communication skills.
- Autosys or a scheduler, ServiceNow, and Java are good-to-have qualifications.
