Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex software and web application issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Analyze logs, trace errors, identify root causes, and support stable operation of applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on support activities and key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members in problem-solving and technical skills.
- Support automated testing and continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium is required.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and Playwright-related tools.
- Experience debugging and diagnosing issues within web applications and services.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and identify root causes in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines for automated testing.
- Understanding of scripting languages and test automation best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
