Responsibilities
- Develop product features across the full lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, release, and results analysis.
- Analyze the market and competitors and propose new product features.
- Build and maintain backend and product features, with frontend contributions when needed.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture and system design decisions.
- Design and develop infrastructure solutions for the product.
- Develop an AI-native engineering environment supporting agentic coding and safe independent delivery of solutions.
- Improve the stability, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least four years of backend development or full-stack experience with a backend focus, including experience in a product company.
- Strong professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Frontend development experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.
- Understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Active use of AI tools and agentic coding, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
- Experience establishing technical architecture and engineering processes at an early product stage is an advantage.
