Responsibilities
- Drive technical engagement from enterprise deal support through implementation and long-term customer value delivery.
- Design and deploy customer-specific solutions using the carbmee platform.
- Configure the platform and build sophisticated data models and custom dashboards for complex supply chain challenges.
- Partner with senior and C-level stakeholders to communicate technical solutions and business value.
- Work onsite with global industry leaders to understand and solve product and environmental challenges.
- Provide customer feedback to the R&D and product teams and influence the carbmee product roadmap.
- Own end-to-end delivery and ensure deployments scale effectively and produce measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field.
- Associate candidates should have initial experience from internships, working student roles, or technical environments involving enterprise software.
- Senior candidates should have proven FDE experience at a leading software company or top-tier management consulting experience with a strong technical background.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL and the ability to structure and implement complex data models.
- Ability to bridge technical and business contexts and communicate with engineering teams and C-level executives.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Based onsite in Munich with flexibility to work at customer locations when needed.
- Strong problem-solving ability, business acumen, ownership, and comfort working in high-stakes environments.
