Responsibilities
- Develop complex generative AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows that deliver measurable ROI.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, covering accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable customer patterns and technical friction points, then create reusable modules or formal product feature requests for engineering teams.
- Provide embedded, customer-facing technical delivery and serve as a feedback loop between field deployments and Google Cloud’s AI product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, building, and deploying NLP models and generative AI agents.
- Experience implementing DevOps and MLOps pipelines and building generative AI solutions in customer-facing roles.
- Experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, and debugging, plus coding in Python.
- Fluent German communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred: master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google’s ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, hierarchical delegation, LLM-native metrics, state management, granular tracing, MCP, tool-calling, and OAuth-based authentication.
- Preferred: fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or other European languages.
