Responsibilities
- Architect, build, test, and refine Gusto’s native iOS app.
- Develop and improve product features integrating core business functions.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and partner teams to identify and solve technical issues.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.
- Build and scale essential services like push notifications and localization features.
- Enhance and maintain iOS mobile infrastructure, including build pipelines and testing automation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Swift and iOS software engineering.
- At least 8 years of overall mobile software engineering experience.
- Excellent communication skills for building cross-functional partnerships.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to tackle greenfield projects.
- Proficiency in iOS testing frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in developing scalable platform components.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn continuously and mentor others.
