Base Salary
$115k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused software that improves product performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop modern cloud-based applications, APIs, and user experiences.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions in partnership with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Use AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and software quality.
- Build secure, resilient, and maintainable applications and contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Support AI and GenAI capabilities in products and engineering workflows.
- Advance scalable development and deployment practices for reliable customer value delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications.
- Strong frontend experience with React, C#, and .NET.
- Experience building web applications and APIs with contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
- Experience with source control, code reviews, and collaborative Agile development environments.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; DevOps practices such as infrastructure automation, containerization, and deployment processes; AI or GenAI integration; and high-growth technology environments.
