Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise B2B application modules using C#, .NET Core, Java, Angular, React, and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain clinical data integrations, including data pipelines and HL7 v2 interfaces.
- Develop AI-augmented features and contribute to AI model or integration design as needed.
- Use AI coding assistants to generate, understand, validate, and improve code, unit tests, documentation, and debugging workflows.
- Review and critically evaluate AI-generated code and recommendations.
- Own deliverables from requirements through testing, documentation, and production deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain compliance with Law 25 and LSSSS standards.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience with technologies including C#, .NET Core, Java, Angular, React, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
- Daily experience using AI development tools and the ability to demonstrate measurable productivity gains from AI-assisted development.
- Strong object-oriented programming and algorithmic-thinking fundamentals.
- Ability to learn independently, adapt quickly, evaluate AI output critically, and understand complex systems and architectures.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical discussion skills.
- Interest in working in a regulated digital healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with data integration or messaging standards such as HL7 v2 is preferred.
- Personal AI projects, open-source contributions, GitHub activity, and experimentation outside work are valued.
