Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Google ADK, GCP Agent Platform, Agent Engine, Vertex AI, and Gemini Enterprise.
- Define agent workflows, orchestration patterns, memory, reasoning, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration models.
- Architect and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based enterprise solutions, including RAG and search-driven applications.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, applications, databases, APIs, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-led technical solutions.
- Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Evaluate LLMs, prompts, grounding approaches, retrieval patterns, and agent frameworks.
- Support prototypes, demos, client presentations, proof-of-concepts, and reusable solution assets.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to Agentic AI delivery best practices.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor of Engineering is required; the posting also lists BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA qualifications with at least 60%.
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and its relevant Generative AI services.
- Strong knowledge of Vertex AI, Google ADK, GCP Agent Platform, Agent Engine, Cloud Run, Vertex AI Search, and Gemini Enterprise.
- Experience with agent planning, reasoning, orchestration, tool integration, memory, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or Generative AI applications in cloud environments.
- Strong Python programming experience and understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployment.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/Generative AI solution architectures and explain complex concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise Generative AI architecture, MLOps or LLMOps on GCP, responsible AI, model governance, security, compliance, enterprise integrations, demos, accelerators, proof-of-concepts, reusable assets, consulting, and client-facing solutioning experience.
