Base Salary
$230k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered features across web and mobile applications.
- Partner with the AI team to integrate LLM agents into conversational user interfaces.
- Own features across the Python/Postgres backend and modern frontend stack.
- Develop the interface and full-stack implementation for an AI-powered triage tool.
- Build a real-time streaming chat interface for an AI care partner.
- Develop full-stack systems connecting AI-driven insights to personalized notifications and interactive preventive-care modules.
- Deliver reliable, high-quality experiences for tens of thousands of members.
Requirements
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality full-stack consumer applications.
- Proficiency with Python, Postgres, TypeScript, and React or React Native.
- Experience leading 0-to-1 products and owning features from initial concept through launch.
- Strong product intuition and passion for user experience.
- Excitement for integrating LLMs and other novel technologies into reliable products.
- Fluency with modern engineering practices, high code quality standards, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Prior experience in a regulated space such as healthcare or fintech is preferred.
- A strong eye for design and user-interface details is preferred.
