Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered features across web and mobile applications.
- Partner with the AI team to integrate LLM agents into user interfaces.
- Own features across the entire tech stack, ensuring high-quality member experiences.
- Develop user interfaces for AI tools that guide patients in finding care.
- Create chat interfaces for AI care partners that provide real-time support.
- Implement systems for proactive health notifications and interactive modules.
Requirements
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality, full-stack consumer applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Postgres, TypeScript, and React/React Native.
- Deep product intuition and passion for user experience.
- Experience leading the development of 0-to-1 products in fast-paced environments.
- Excitement for integrating novel technologies like LLMs into user experiences.
- Fluency with modern engineering practices and a high bar for code quality.
