Base Salary
$320k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build UI features for Netflix’s TV application on performance- and memory-constrained devices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Algorithms, Test Engineering, and other engineering partners to scope and deliver projects.
- Use A/B testing to validate product variants with customers.
- Develop testable code and automation to validate feature functionality.
- Serve as a technical or project lead for large cross-functional initiatives and make thoughtful technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working on consumer-facing products or applications.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI architecture.
- Experience navigating different languages and technology stacks, such as Node.js and GraphQL.
- Experience acting as a technical or project lead for large cross-functional projects.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with Product and Design teams.
- Ability to work independently, take action in ambiguous situations, and incorporate diverse perspectives.
