Responsibilities

  • Embed with GTM and G&A functions to identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Own AI solutions from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption measurement, and iteration.
  • Serve as the technical partner and AI advisor for business function leaders.
  • Build and deliver hands-on AI enablement and training for non-R&D teams.
  • Develop internal and external AI-driven workflows using shared infrastructure such as MCP servers, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
  • Measure and report on AI adoption, process improvements, capability gains, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with company strategy and guide future prioritization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience and a strong track record of shipping production systems.
  • Experience working directly with non-technical teams to deliver technology-driven transformation.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, discovery, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong product instincts, critical thinking, and focus on user problems, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and create priorities in ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic and autonomous workflows, RAG, agents, and tool use.
  • Solid understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and foundation models.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, agentic frameworks, evaluations, RAGs, MCPs, and skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Preferred qualifications include leading an AI or digital transformation initiative, experience in product management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, familiarity with CRM, BI, and marketing automation ecosystems, and experience designing technical training or enablement programs.
