Responsibilities
- Develop features and fix bugs in identity and account management services.
- Contribute to the technical evolution of CERN’s services.
- Provide advanced user support, including in-person consultations with service managers.
- Support service upgrades, advanced integrations, and business-continuity activities.
- Contribute to stakeholder management and the service roadmap as responsibility increases.
Requirements
- Experience with full-stack software development using .NET and ReactJS.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience using OAuth, OIDC, or SAML protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Collaborative user-support, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, an equivalent field, or a related field.
- No more than two years of professional experience since graduation.
- Applicants must be nationals of a CERN Member or Associate Member State and must not have previously held a CERN fellow or graduate contract.
- Applicants without a university degree or with a PhD are not eligible.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager is advantageous.
- Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes is advantageous.
