Responsibilities
- Build and maintain shared React Native frameworks and developer tooling.
- Partner with engineers to improve mobile app reliability, performance, and security.
- Lead medium-to-large scale platform initiatives for continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
- Solve complex technical challenges and experiment with innovative solutions.
- Identify and address strategic technical challenges impacting mobile engineering.
- Contribute to an engineering culture focused on clean code and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native development.
- Experience designing and maintaining shared libraries and frameworks for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and mobile networking best practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and performance considerations.
- Experience leading large platform migrations and driving adoption.
- Commitment to high standards for code quality and test coverage.
- Ability to debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for software engineering and developer experience.
