Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead product expansion into new markets and hardware-enabled use cases.
- Build production systems across the full stack, including embedded/IoT and cloud infrastructure.
- Create agentic development infrastructure to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address platform bottlenecks.
- Drive product urgency and ensure timely delivery of impactful solutions.
- Coach engineers on architectural decisions and best practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience with hands-on depth in multiple areas.
- Proven architectural impact through building and shipping systems.
- Experience with AI coding tools and a focus on team productivity.
- Strong product-engineering instincts with a bias toward shipping.
- Ability to influence engineers without positional authority.
