Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage supporting IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between applications, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment processes in a DevOps environment.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools and resolve tickets within defined turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Follow escalation processes and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Mandatory DevOps continuous integration skills.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, infrastructure management, application onboarding, automation, troubleshooting, and customer support is required by the described responsibilities.
