Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-facing experience-layer capabilities for content, product discovery, catalog, personalization, and guided digital journeys.
- Design, build, and support frontend applications and reusable experience components using Adobe DA.live, Edge Delivery Services, and Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service.
- Create and maintain DA.live Blocks using frontend design systems for accessible, scalable, and reusable customer experience patterns.
- Develop product and catalog capabilities that improve customer discovery, comparison, evaluation, and engagement.
- Build and support Adobe Forms for lead capture, guided interactions, request flows, workflows, and digital self-service experiences.
- Integrate frontend experiences with AEM content models, APIs, catalog services, personalization services, analytics, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Ensure experiences are performant, accessible, responsive, secure, observable, SEO-conscious, and optimized for global customer journeys.
- Apply modular design, reusable components, code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, documentation, and production support.
- Collaborate with product, UX, content, catalog, architecture, QA, analytics, and platform engineering stakeholders.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, technical design, estimation, sprint execution, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, web development, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience building customer-facing web applications, frontend platforms, content experiences, or enterprise digital experience capabilities.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with Adobe DA.live, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, and Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service.
- Experience developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Adobe Forms for customer-facing workflows and digital experiences.
- Strong frontend engineering skills with modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility standards, browser performance, and reusable component patterns.
- Experience using frontend design systems and creating DA.live Blocks and experience components for content authoring, personalization, product discovery, catalog experiences, and customer journeys.
- Experience integrating frontend experiences with AEM content, APIs, product and catalog data services, personalization capabilities, analytics, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Understanding of content-driven digital experience architectures, component-based design, authoring models, reusable templates, and customer journey optimization.
- Experience building performant, accessible, secure, and globally scalable web experiences for enterprise websites or digital commerce platforms.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile delivery, backlog refinement, technical design, estimation, code reviews, automated testing, release readiness, CI/CD, and production support.
- Preferred experience includes agentic development techniques, HTL, AEM component development, templates, content fragments, experience fragments, AWS services, GitHub Actions, B2B eCommerce, personalized product discovery, guided selling, recommendations, analytics, search, commerce, and product information systems.
