Responsibilities
- Own the education strategy for OpenAI's product ecosystem.
- Build and manage an education roadmap prioritizing learning experiences.
- Create scalable educational programs, demos, and interactive experiences.
- Design learning journeys for a variety of audiences including developers and business leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure educational materials align with product launches.
- Experiment with new educational formats and teaching methods.
- Establish feedback loops and quality standards for learning materials.
- Define and track success metrics for educational initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in developer education or related fields.
- Experience managing education or content strategy roadmaps.
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for broad audiences.
- Strong product intuition and understanding of user adoption.
- Technical fluency to prototype and collaborate with product teams.
- Experience building scalable educational programs across various channels.
- Ability to synthesize inputs from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with rapidly changing technology.
