Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery and value creation workshops with customer IT, business, and management stakeholders.
- Define project scope, data requirements, success criteria, timelines, and customer outcomes.
- Configure Celonis data models, transformations, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
- Direct Apollo AI deployment agents by writing specifications, validating outputs, and refining solutions for customer context and business relevance.
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured, working with specialist resources when needed.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, define improvement measures, and quantify business impact.
- Design scalable, robust, user-friendly, maintainable, and sustainable operational solutions that improve adoption and process conformance.
- Train and enable customer users, demonstrate solutions, and document design decisions and configurations for handoff.
- Develop expertise in enterprise process domains or industries and create reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Manage project outcomes against scope, timelines, and customer expectations while collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams.
- Travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer requirements and project delivery phases.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
- Ability to build and configure Celonis platform solutions involving data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
- Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, including specifying, evaluating, and iterating on AI-generated outputs.
- Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
- Strong enterprise business-process and financial-metrics expertise, with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable preferred.
- Ability to lead customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and work with technical and business audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, value-oriented, learning-agility, and ambiguity-management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%.
