Senior Salesforce Developer / Administrator

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce platform management, including configuration and user access.
- Design, build, and optimize business workflows for improved efficiency.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
- Manage access control and enforce governance and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive enhancements.
- Support operational workflows and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage release processes, including testing and deployment.
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality.
- Provide end-user support and training for effective system use.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap for Salesforce and business operations systems.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams for compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration or platform management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and security model.
- Experience with system integrations and workflow automation.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Experience supporting business systems in a fast-paced environment.
