Base Salary
$173k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build a telemetry system that enables product-led growth and product adoption insights.
- Build a centralized experimentation platform across Salesforce for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive parallel feature development and incremental software delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers through technical guidance and support.
- Maintain code quality and performance through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Promote software development best practices, including DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and stay current with industry technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience focused on enterprise solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Java and ability to adapt to other programming languages.
- Experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and contract-first development.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies such as AWS Kinesis, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
- Ability to use data-driven approaches for continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce technologies and platforms, enterprise integration patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
