Base Salary
$200k - $308k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature areas end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Design, build, and ship secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performance features across the OIG system.
- Deliver bug fixes and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold high engineering-quality standards.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment scope.
- Architect and evolve access governance product features across multiple enterprise personas.
- Drive technical alignment across teams and stakeholders through influence without authority.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior- or staff-level technical leadership role.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems serving enterprise customers in production.
- Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
- Experience designing systems meeting enterprise reliability, scalability, and security requirements, including multi-tenancy, high availability, audit logging, and RBAC/ABAC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with identity, access management, governance, or IAM/IGA products is preferred.
- Familiarity with workflow engines, finite state machines, or BPM-style approval and routing systems is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure and modern observability experience is preferred.
