Base Salary
$224k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of large-scale strategic initiatives that improve revenue, loss ratio, customer experience, and other business outcomes.
- Align leaders and teams on priorities, tradeoffs, expected impact, and coordinated execution.
- Influence organizational structure, team topology, and resource allocation across critical initiatives.
- Set priorities across multiple teams and domains while balancing delivery, scalability, and resilience.
- Establish and evolve technical standards, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Communicate complex technical and strategic concepts to executive audiences.
- Coach and influence engineering leaders and senior individual contributors.
- Coordinate with Staff Engineers to establish and promote organization-wide standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proven leadership of projects involving multiple teams across functional domains.
- Excellent communication skills with engineering colleagues and senior business leaders.
- Candidates must participate in camera-on virtual interviews as part of the interview process.
