Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
- Collaborate with developers to identify product defects and improve serviceability.
- Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and improve product reliability.
- Partner with technology allies to resolve issues collaboratively.
- Create and expand internal and external knowledge bases.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Gather customer feedback and work with development teams on product enhancements.
- Provide rotational weekday and off-hours support coverage.
Requirements
- 3–13 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in virtualization, preferably VMware ESXi, networking across layers 2 and 3, Linux systems, cloud, or enterprise storage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Experience directly resolving complex technical issues with customers.
- A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- A customer-driven mindset focused on high-quality support experiences.
- Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to develop tools and enhance internal and external knowledge bases.
