Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented full-stack code with minimal supervision.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, project discussions, and requirements clarification.
Maintain and support existing software applications, troubleshoot defects, and resolve live-service issues.
Monitor deployed software, identify bugs, implement fixes, and contribute to incident root-cause analysis.
Drive improvements in application security, maintenance, resilience, and operational reliability.
Apply DevOps principles, test automation, programming tools, and approved development and release practices.
Lead small technical initiatives and solve complex problems using efficient algorithms and logical analysis.
Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates, gather feedback, and share knowledge with early-career engineers.
Stay current with technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation, including appropriate use of AI tools.

3–5 years of professional experience.
Full-stack development experience with Node.js and React.
Experience with GCP, Google Cloud Platform, GKE, Kubernetes, and Istio.
Experience with API gateways and management platforms such as IBM API Connect and Apigee.
Ability to write reliable, efficient, and well-documented software and participate effectively in code reviews.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, support deployed applications, and contribute to incident root-cause analysis.
Understanding of DevOps principles, test automation, performance checks, and traditional and agile delivery practices.
Ability to estimate simple changes, lead small technical initiatives, and use logical analysis to solve problems.
Basic understanding of AI concepts and terminology and ability to follow established AI-tool usage guidelines.
Effective communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge-sharing skills.
