Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications and extensions using Adobe App Builder within or adjacent to Adobe Workfront.
- Use React and Node.js to create scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Support rapid experimentation, prototype applications, pressure-test business use cases, and validate platform capabilities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Support marketing operations, workflow automation, and process optimization initiatives where applicable.
- Help define scalable extension patterns, customization guardrails, enhancement prioritization, and platform governance standards.
- Maintain structured development, testing, documentation, and deployment practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing web applications and building extensions within or adjacent to the Workfront platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
- Experience with Adobe App Builder or similar extension and extensibility frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced experimental environment.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, Adobe platforms, Adobe Experience Manager development, marketing operations, workflow automation, process optimization, governance practices, and customization guardrails.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
