Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for deploying, configuring, and optimizing the platform.
- Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and frontend/backend code with customers.
- Support prompting and practical AI workflows to help customers unlock value.
- Build customer relationships and act as the technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product and documentation improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated direct business impact through written code.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Hands-on PostgreSQL experience, including troubleshooting data workflows in customer environments.
- Experience deploying, configuring, or optimizing a software platform for customers.
- Prior technical customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with AI prompting techniques and practical LLM workflows.
- Strong computer science fundamentals are a plus.
- Genuine interest in AI-native products and a pragmatic, ship-fast mindset.
