This remote role offers broad autonomy to build the standards and systems that keep the site fast, stable, measurable, and secure.

Principal Architect responsible for executing Tenna’s long-term technical strategy, designing scalable systems, and raising engineering quality across teams. This hands-on role combines architectural leadership with building prototypes, foundational software, and reliable data-heavy platform capabilities.

Own and evolve Tenna’s AWS infrastructure into a reliable platform and developer-experience function. This senior, high-ownership role covers platform engineering, incident response, observability, Kubernetes operations, infrastructure as code, and developer tooling.
