Senior Software Engineer on Userpilot’s Core Team, owning architecture, distributed-system reliability, infrastructure, and incident response across the engineering organization. The role combines deep backend work with AWS/Kubernetes operations and safe, AI-assisted development practices.

Build end-to-end product experiences and AI-powered features across Userpilot’s React dashboard, JavaScript SDK, and Elixir/Phoenix real-time backend. This AI-native role combines full-stack engineering, distributed systems, and agent-assisted development.

Build and own Userpilot’s AI-native agent platform, powering grounded, multi-turn experiences over customer product data. You’ll develop the Python runtime, retrieval and tool orchestration, evaluation, observability, and cost infrastructure needed to operate reliable agentic systems in production.
