Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex frontend projects to establish Vercel as a gold standard for brand and product marketing.
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to A/B test landing pages for lead generation.
- Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs focusing on user experience.
- Contribute to the design system and uphold industry-leading UX standards.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs, delivering quick resolutions.
- Write technical documents and maintain internal tools.
- Review and provide feedback on contributions from other engineers.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize for conversion, speed, and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with React, JavaScript, or Tailwind CSS.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
- Full stack experience with designing or consuming APIs.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proven knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization.
- Stellar cross-functional communication skills.
- Eye for good user experiences and attention to visual details.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
