Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and improve AI-powered applications and workflows.
Build backend services, APIs, AI orchestration layers, agents, and enterprise integrations.
Translate business use cases into scalable, resilient, maintainable system designs and architecture decisions.
Embed LLM capabilities into products, internal tools, and business processes.
Implement agent workflows and orchestration logic optimized for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to validate solutions, deliver working software quickly, and iterate based on feedback and usage.
Build shared libraries, templates, reusable services, and practical engineering patterns.
Implement secure and reliable AI solutions with prompt safety, validation, misuse prevention, observability, and traceability.
Influence technical direction and engineering standards across multiple teams and organizations.

8+ years of software engineering experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade applications and platforms.
3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
Demonstrated success leading complex technical initiatives from design through deployment and ongoing operations.
Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to influence technical direction across teams and organizations.
Deep expertise designing scalable, resilient, and maintainable software architectures.
Experience making trade-offs among delivery speed, scalability, simplicity, and flexibility.
Strong understanding of prompt design and evaluation, agent-based workflows and orchestration, and AI integration into production systems.
Ability to debug, tune, and improve AI behavior in code.
Ability to move fluidly between hands-on coding and architectural design.
