Responsibilities
- Evaluate requirements and determine whether SharePoint or Power Platform can satisfy user needs.
- Participate in technical design sessions and produce solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, deploy, customize, enhance, fix, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint applications, workflows, forms, and web parts.
- Govern Power Platform solutions and implement integrations using multiple data sources.
- Develop Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to better leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint and facilitate process improvements.
- Interpret and design SQL Server database models.
- Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
- Estimate work content and achieve planned timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 4 years of experience developing with Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator.
- Foundational knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Familiarity with SQL Server query language and SSIS is preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite tools including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence is preferred.
- Ability to develop effective system designs, collaborate across teams, multitask across projects, and work with Agile project methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
