Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate AI-powered vulnerability scanning harnesses and supporting platform capabilities.
- Develop LLM integrations, prompt frameworks, agent workflows, and security-focused AI orchestration logic.
- Build scalable scanning infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, queue-based architectures, and event-driven systems for repository and application analysis.
- Create validation, verification, benchmarking, automated testing, regression, and false-positive reduction mechanisms.
- Develop tooling for scan execution, scheduling, orchestration, reporting, monitoring, and operational resilience.
- Integrate AI scanning capabilities into software development and security workflows.
- Evaluate AI models, scanning techniques, agentic security approaches, and model accuracy.
- Collaborate with AppSec, Vulnerability Operations, and software engineering teams to drive adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience with strong Python and distributed systems development experience.
- Deep expertise building scalable software platforms, test harnesses, frameworks, or orchestration platforms.
- Strong experience integrating large language models through APIs and SDKs.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks, benchmarking systems, automated testing platforms, or AI experimentation environments.
- Experience designing multi-model orchestration workflows across Claude, OpenAI, Bedrock, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong experience developing Python and/or Java microservices and APIs.
- Experience with data processing pipelines, queue-based architectures, event-driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, and cloud-native deployments.
- Experience building automated testing frameworks, regression suites, validation pipelines, structured-output workflows, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and result normalization.
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and modern CI/CD tooling.
- Preferred experience developing AI scanning harnesses, agent frameworks, autonomous workflow systems, security scanning technologies, vulnerability discovery platforms, and AI model evaluation frameworks.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, with equivalent experience also accepted.
