Responsibilities

Implement new high-performance features and components for the app using Dart and Flutter.
Build complex frontend logic and maintain well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
Develop high-leverage features that improve UI/UX and conversion rates.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ship features.
Participate in agile retrospectives and contribute to team processes.
Ensure feature acceptance and maintain the quality of the codebase.

Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworks.
Extensive experience with Flutter and strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and implement complex features with little oversight.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment and contribute as a team player.
Nice to have: design awareness, close collaboration with designers, familiarity with gRPC and Go, and expertise in UI and animation development.
