Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and technical project delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing technical project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to transportation management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on performance optimization and code quality.
