Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Improve system availability, performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, automation, and self-healing mechanisms.
- Support production releases, deployment activities, and software delivery processes.
- Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and services.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows.
- Develop scripts, utilities, automation tools, and application enhancements using C# and .NET technologies.
- Partner with development teams, participate in code reviews, and provide production fixes and performance improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement across DevOps and release management practices.
Requirements
- Deep experience with AWS cloud engineering and DevOps practices.
- Experience providing site reliability, operational support, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of .NET and C# development.
- Strong C development capabilities are preferred, though candidates with exceptional AWS and DevOps expertise and moderate development experience may be considered.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure, cloud services, automation, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
- Ability to contribute to application enhancements, operational tooling, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
