Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure system availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, automation, and self-healing mechanisms.
- Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and services.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices and develop scripts, utilities, and operational tools.
- Support production releases, deployment activities, application enhancements, and performance improvements.
- Partner with development teams to streamline software delivery and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Deep experience with AWS Cloud and DevOps practices.
- Strong site reliability, operational support, automation, and production troubleshooting experience.
- Working knowledge of .NET and C# development.
- Strong C development capabilities are preferred, though candidates with moderate development experience may be considered if they have exceptional AWS and DevOps expertise.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, observability, incident management, root cause analysis, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and release management.
- Ability to support cloud infrastructure and application-related issues and provide fixes where required.
