Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based infrastructure and services, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, SNS/SQS, and Secrets Manager.
- Improve system availability, performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, automation, and self-healing mechanisms.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments, provisioning, and operational workflows.
- Develop scripts, utilities, automation tools, and operational support tools.
- Support production releases and deployment activities while partnering with development teams to streamline software delivery.
- Contribute to application enhancements, performance improvements, code reviews, and production fixes using C# and .NET technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement across DevOps and release management practices.
Requirements
- Experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with strong AWS Cloud DevOps, automation, and operational support expertise.
- Deep experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of .NET and C# development.
- Strong C development capabilities are preferred, though candidates with exceptional AWS and DevOps expertise and moderate development experience may be considered.
- Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, and improving reliability.
- Ability to automate processes, implement Infrastructure as Code practices, and contribute to deployment and operational tooling.
