Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Improve system availability, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, observability, and self-healing mechanisms.
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure and services using cloud best practices.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows.
- Develop scripts, utilities, automation tools, and operational support tooling.
- Support production releases and deployments while partnering with development teams to improve software delivery.
- Contribute to .NET/C# application enhancements, code reviews, production fixes, and performance improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement across DevOps and release management practices.
Requirements
- Experienced Site Reliability, AWS, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and operational support expertise.
- Strong AWS and DevOps experience with the ability to automate processes and improve system reliability.
- Working knowledge of .NET and C# development; strong C development capability is preferred.
- Moderate development experience may be considered when accompanied by exceptional AWS and DevOps expertise.
- Experience troubleshooting production, cloud infrastructure, and application-related issues.
- Ability to implement monitoring, alerting, observability, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment solutions.
- Ability to support production releases, participate in code reviews, and work with development teams.
