Base Salary
$204k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Automation Platform for conversational AI.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data science teams.
- Drive technical vision and strategy for workflow and backend optimization.
- Oversee the full development cycle including design, implementation, and deployment.
- Participate in code and design reviews to enhance technical quality.
- Optimize system availability, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software development experience in service-oriented architectures.
- Expertise in workflow optimization and backend systems.
- Experience in prompt engineering for AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of RAG patterns, memory routing, and agent planning.
- Proficiency in integrating LLMs with APIs and vector databases.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
