Responsibilities
- Write, test, and ship production code for intelligent agents, prompt pipelines, tool-calling mechanisms, and execution frameworks.
- Model and integrate enterprise data across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Build and monitor agent evaluation frameworks, performance dashboards, and business KPI systems for reliable and safe production operation.
- Deliver customer requirements from architectural concept to live production MVPs within days or weeks.
- Provide technical feedback on platform gaps, API limitations, and architecture insights to Salesforce R&D teams.
- Co-lead architecture reviews with customer CTOs, enterprise architects, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack, data, or cloud architecture environments.
- Professional services, technical consulting, or forward deployed engineering delivery experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Apex, plus strong API design experience using REST or GraphQL.
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and evaluation metrics, including tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Strong foundation in relational data modeling, SQL, and modern cloud data warehouses.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ireland or the European Union.
- Mandatory English proficiency; Greek or Turkish proficiency is a plus.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce core development, Platform Developer I, Apex, LWC, Agentforce Specialist certification, or Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tooling, AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude, and regulated European enterprise environments.
